Plant Simulation Professional

The Plant Simulation Professional license is the most powerful program package within the Plant Simulation product family and allows you to run even the most complex simulation studies. The number of objects is unlimited. Numerous mechanisms support creating, validating and maintaining large projects. This license allows to interactively create simulation models using built-in class objects covering material flow objects (SingleProc, ParallelProc, Sorter, Buffer, Store, Track, Lines, etc.), moving objects (Transporter, Container and Entity), display objects (Gauge, Chart, Report) and lists and tables. Use these built-in objects as a starting point to create customized objects that meet your exact requirements by employing the programming language SimTalk.

This license provides a number of functions for the advanced user. These features facilitate editing complex projects, increase efficiency and support the collaboration between a number of colleagues within a project.

You can upgrade the Plant Simulation Professional license with optional modules for database interfaces, Gantt and SDX as well as the Assembly and Shop libraries.

The Plant Simulation Professional license allows:

• Concurrent online animation of the material flow during the simulation runs, optionally with the 3D-Viewer.
• Evaluation and graphical representation diagrams of model sizes by application of analysis tools and pre-defined evaluation objects.
• Built-in objects for material flow and information flow, as well as other objects for controlling, managing and visualizing your model.
• HTML integration for standard browsers with access to all Plant Simulation objects for fast visualization of data and simulation results.
• Integrated optimization using genetic algorithms.
• Includes the objects Attribute Explorer, Data Fit, Dialog, Experiment Manager, Flow Control, HTML-Report, Generator, Time Sequence and Trigger.
• Integrated in the program are the merge-mechanism for updating classes in the class library in existing models and the Profiler for analyzing time usage of the methods contained in the model, enabling you to optimize the SimTalk source code within.
• Integrated interfaces: COM, DDE, DWG, DGN and DXF Reader, HTML Reports, XML Interface.
